TCP Congestion control

Gradually increasing the sending data and reducing it when issues occur, then gradually increasing it again.

  1. Sending size unit
  2. Increasing size step by step (2^n or +1) and threshold.
  3. Issue !!? ( timeout or 3 DUP ACK)
  4. Decreasing size after an issue
